The Senta support team has a great reputation for being helpful and friendly. Free customer support is a key part of our offering. Now we’re adding to that support with additional training and configuration services.
Senta can do so much, and many of our clients feel they have only begun to scratch the surface. The training has been put together in response to requests from Senta users. When you get started with Senta, the support team is on hand to help you get set up and talk you through how to configure the system. The training courses have been developed to enhance the setup process, and train multiple users on how to get the most out of Senta.
The Senta training courses
There are three courses available:
Learn how to navigate Senta and perform all the common and day-to-day actions. We’ll also cover how to set up custom workflows, manage customer comms, data management, the client portal, and integrations.
All of the above! This is a top-up course for those who have some familiarity with Senta but need a refresher. It’s great if you have an influx of new starters.
This training course will allow you to become the go-to person in your practice for Senta users. It’ll put you on a level with the Sentanauts in the support team!
This is the one that many of you have been waiting for! The configuration service means you can now hand over the set-up of your Senta workspace to us – (for a fee!). This service is bespoke for each practice.
