As part of our Digital Accountex talk, we shared a few videos from accountants and bookkeepers about how they’ve gone above and beyond to keep in touch with their teams, and their clients.
Cheryl Sharp of Pink Pig Financials has been active on this front from the very start of the UK lockdown, sharing tea bags to remind clients that they are available if they fancy a cuppa and a chat.
The team at Adder Bookkeeping are really well looked after with in-house massages available. Clients are also rewarded with ‘clients of the month’ certificates and rosettes!
Frankie Kay from Farnell Clark works hard to keep the team together with virtual pub quizzes, games, advice on meditation and charity fundraisers.
Accountant She founder Rachel Martin uses Instagram to keep in touch with her clients on a daily basis, with regular live video updates.
